Ángel is from Spain and has been immersed in a culture where food plays an incredibly important role since he was a child. He gained his experience over many years, working on and developing culinary projects in Barcelona, the United Kingdom, Prague, and Shanghai. Each of these places has enriched his perspective on gastronomy, allowing him to blend tradition with a modern approach to cooking and hospitality.

The El Patio menu reflects this journey. You’ll find dishes inspired by the rich heritage of Spanish cuisine—from the flavors of the country’s north, through the Mediterranean coast, to traditional recipes passed down from generation to generation in Spanish homes. This is a cuisine based on high-quality ingredients, simplicity, respect for the product, and the joy of sharing a meal together. We believe that the best cuisine doesn’t have to be complicated—it should be sincere, full of flavor, and created with passion.

For several years now, we have been developing El Patio together with our guests. Every season, every new menu, and every experience gained through our daily work allow us to become better and better. Our cuisine is constantly evolving, preserving its Spanish roots while opening up to new inspirations and ideas.

El Patio is more than just a restaurant. It is a place for gatherings, conversations, and celebrating moments together—both the special ones and the everyday ones. We believe that the best memories are made around a shared table, in an atmosphere of warmth, good energy, and excellent food.

It was thanks to a shared passion for food that Ángel met his Polish wife, Joanna. Today, together they create a place that combines Spanish hospitality with Polish openness, building a community of people who love good food, exceptional wine, and authentic culinary experiences.
